Overall, it’s right place for exploring Madrid tourist places. The apartment is perfect and magnificent, to public transports. Plus, it is very close to theaters, restaurants, stores and all of the things people like to do around Madrid as well as the centre of Madrid.

The location of this place is mind-blowing, with the Metro station just steps away. The staff is super friendly and helpful, available 24/7. The apartment is clean, with a kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The renovations being done are a good sign of continuous improvement. a great value for the money and definitely my go-to place when I visit again.

the location is excellent close enough to several metro stations, and the rooms are tidy. it has clean bathroom with a bath. i tried some drinks at beer restaurant el gato canalla, located 5 minutes away.

Awesome location right in the heart of the city, surrounded by theaters, restaurants, and shops. Couldn't have asked for a better place to explore.

The noise levels were extremely high in the room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We could hear every word and noise from our neighbors, even baby crying sounds late at night.

The location was so conveniently close to Gran Via and the metro station, making sightseeing a breeze. The staff were lovely and the apartment had everything I needed.

Who needs hot water anyway? It was such a joy to have cold showers in the morning and evenings.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located accommodation on Gran Via. The staff were lovely and made our experience even more enjoyable. The room was bright and airy, giving it a spacious feel. We especially loved the balcony with its stunning views. The separation of the bedroom from the kitchen and living space made it feel like a small 1-bedroom apartment rather than a studio. Everything we wanted to do and see was within a short 15-minute walk.

Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent! 😊

Central location: Within walking distance of major attractions and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Convenient amenities: A pharmacy and supermarket downstairs, as well as a fully stocked kitchen.- Bus stop: The bus stop for the free bus to El Prado and Thyssen Museum is right in front of the apartments.

Safety concerns: Flickering lights and fizzling sounds when using electronic devices, faulty door and shower, and dirty floors. Room condition: Issues with damaged floors, ants in the room, faulty electricity, and partially damaged kitchen.
